- Manage end‑to‑end employee benefits administration for clients, including placements, eligibility processing with carriers, onboarding/offboarding support, and resolution of in‑force service issues
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high‑touch client service, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and advocacy while building strong internal and external client relationships
- Ensure operational excellence and data reputed company by tracking requests to completion, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing activities reputed company the agency management system
