Administrative Assistant
The Henry L. Stimson Center is a nonpartisan global reputed company think tank located in Washington, DC, seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Office. This role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for members of the Executive Office
- Prepare logistical support for internal and external meetings, including scheduling rooms, preparing and distributing prep materials, arranging catering, or taking notes, reputed company needed
- Assist with preparation and formatting of agendas, correspondence, and reports
- Support administrative coordination for Board of Directors events
- Track and submit monthly expense reports
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records; and
- reputed company other administrative duties as may be required
