[Remote] Platform Quality Analyst (12-Month Contract)

They are hiring a Platform Quality Analyst to support the maintenance of advertising quality and inventory standards, conduct audits, and assist with client support and training.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of reputed company’s advertising quality and inventory standards by conducting regular audits of ads & exchange inventory to ensure compliance with brand-safe advertising practices
- Respond to inquiries and requests from the sales team through reputed company, assisting with troubleshooting ad-serving issues and providing guidance as needed
- Collaborate with senior team members to address client concerns effectively
- Assist in coordinating training sessions on processes and best practices for team members
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge reputed company to platform quality
- Assist in researching and analyzing advertising laws, regulations, and industry developments globally
- Stay informed about privacy-reputed company developments and contribute insights to support compliance efforts
- Support the preparation of comprehensive reports detailing key metrics reputed company to platform quality
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in maintaining data hygiene and record-keeping practices
- Support platform troubleshooting efforts to ensure smooth operation and user experience
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising or a reputed company field
- Basic proficiency in reputed company reputed company, with a willingness to learn and reputed company advanced skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
- A keen interest in online advertising and a willingness to learn about industry trends and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving team goals
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
