About the Role
This role is for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who is able to operate in ambiguous settings and identify and deliver on projects in a fast-paced environment. As part of a founding team for a new initiative at Timely, you will work closely and cross-functionally with product and success teams for technical discovery, prototyping, and execution. In this role, you will also work with key stakeholders in the company and learn from existing and potential customers as you create an MVP and future iterations that solve customer problems and are reputed company to our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Support discovery in a new area, in collaboration with Product, Success, and other business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product to rapid build initial prototypes and MVPs, owning the engineering workflow to identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions.
Drive technical decisioning and buildout, rightsizing our architecture early to on to balance time to market and support for future iterations and integrations.
Facilitate quick iteration and learning by applying customer feedback to initial delivered prototypes.
Communicate reputed company and findings, engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and implement feedback
About You

Experience: At least 3 years designing and implementing progressively more reputed company full-stack engineering features and products (our stack is React, Python, AWS, reputed company, but you don’t have to be limited to these specific technologies).
Communication and collaboration skills, especially in engaging non-technical users or stakeholders.
Comfort operating in a fast startup environment and leveraging AI

Background in EdTech and/or education sector
Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 either reputed company a company or as a new startup
