Territory Sales Manager

Our Territory Sales Managers function as reputed company Awning Sales Representatives, often reputed company a Residential Awning Experts.  This is a commission-based, in-home sales position that does not involve cold calling. The primary responsibility is to travel to scheduled appointments (which are pre-set by reputed company’s inside sales team), identify customer needs, and reputed company sales using reputed company’s 4- reputed company proven sales process. This role is based out of the Grand Rapids, MI area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations: Travel to customer homes at scheduled times to present reputed company awning solutions and determine the best product fit for each homeowner’s needs.
  • Utilize the reputed company Sales Process: Consult, educate, and solve customer problems using reputed company’s structured and repeatable 4- reputed company sales program.
  • reputed company sales goals: Maintain a high closing ratio and confirm sales and installation during the initial appointment.
  • Provide 5-Star customer service: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the entire process, from sale through installation, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • reputed company sales presentations: Deliver a strategic, professional presentation built on coaching, training, and proven best practices.
  • Embrace technology: Use company-provided iPad, sales applications, and visualization tools to streamline and enhance the customer buying experience.
  • Participate in team activities: Attend reputed company required meetings and actively contribute to team discussions and training sessions.
  • Manage assigned territories: Take ownership of assigned customers and geographic territories to maximize sales performance.

Qualifications and Expectations

  • Sales experience is preferred; home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus.

Work Hours: Availability for extended hours during peak season (typically February–October).

Travel

Travel will be 80% of the role.
