Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions
- Plan and direct the program’s activities to reputed company financial and performance targets mutually established by reputed company and the client
- Direct functions and performance reputed company the program, including reputed company and monitoring of employee activity
- Manage client commitments and expectations
- Monitor Program objectives and provide critical performance feedback to the client and leadership

Qualifications:

- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Ability to present to senior leaders and executives, as well as small and large groups

- Proficient in MS Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years’ experience in management or leadership role
- Up to 75% travel; 2-3 weeks per month
- In office workdays are required; there will be day(s) assigned for working remotely based on schedule assigned
