• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt
• A reliable private internet reputed company (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
• A secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM)
