- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- A reliable private internet reputed company (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
- A secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM)
