About the Role:

As a Senior Engineer, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance mobile solutions for our growing userbase. You will own architectural design for group-critical systems and initiatives across multiple squads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and abstractions to long-term group strategy and scalability. Your role will also involve engaging in product discovery to identify user needs and ensure shared architectural patterns and reusable components improve delivery across teams.

You Will:

• Design large-complexity solutions that are performant, scalable, maintainable, and secure. Minimal rework needed after feedback.

• Identify and mitigates technical health risks reputed company systems.

• Guide reputed company discussions and reviews to ensure high-quality designs and architectural decisions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

• Demonstrate ownership of health and reliability concerns for reputed company systems, establishing metrics like KPIs and SLOs.

• Design and maintains robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure rapid detection of production issues as part of feature delivery.

• Balance new feature development with addressing operational risks and technical debt.

• Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across mobile platforms, backend services, and shared systems.

• Contribute to the vision for the team and the platform as technical leader, identifying new and strategic technologies and technical investments that improve reputed company, scalability, reliability, and performance.

You Have:

• 6+ years as a software engineer, shipping production consumer-facing code.

• Experience with GraphQL and modern API patterns in mobile.

• Familiarity leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, reputed company) to accelerate delivery.

• Proven experience in building performant, elegant user experiences in mobile.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
