[Remote] Financial Services Marketing and Event Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ravinia Capital LLC is a boutique investment bank focused on middle-market M&A, restructuring, and capital raises. They are seeking an organized marketing professional to manage their CRM, enhance brand reputed company, and support firm operations through various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our CRM (MadeMarket): contacts, segmentation, data accuracy
• Create and schedule reputed company content that builds Ravinia’s brand
• Design marketing materials in reputed company: presentations, firm overviews, reputed company templates
• Coordinate email reputed company campaigns and track engagement
• Support event planning and conference logistics
• Conduct competitor research and market benchmarking
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Help build scalable marketing processes for a growing firm

Skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable: you reputed company things running
• Strong writer with a feel for professional tone and brand voice
• Experience with CRM systems, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Office
• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience? Big plus)
• Interest in financial services marketing and event coordination
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need constant direction
• Graduate-level in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field preferred
• Chicago area preferred, but remote considered for the right candidate
