Director, Solutions Management – Retail

The reputed company Americas Director of Solutions Management is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the role's designated product line, focused on the Americas markets. This includes accountability for: - Managing the product development lifecycle from concept to sunset. This includes reputed company the components of the solution, including but not limited to hardware, software, integrations (third-party and native) - Collecting, analyzing, presenting, and sharing information, serving as the subject matter expert on reputed company key product strategy, development, and go-to-market aspects of the product line: competitors, positioning and differentiation, market research, customer communication, customer experience, and go-to-market - Ensuring ultimate product line performance and quality. Salary starting at $145,000 annually + OTE, with the final offer determined based on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education Level: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Qualifications: · 10+ years of progressive experience to include Product Management, Technical Solution Support, Software Product Development, Product Ownership, and/or Program Management REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES · Excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills, ability to create and implement innovative solutions to problems. · Experience with IoT products and SaaS solutions. · Understanding of Agile development principles. · Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in time management to handle deadline pressures and multiple assignment and clients simultaneously. · Self-disciplined, self-starter, high motivated, strong ability to reputed company effective teams and be a significant contributing member through hands-on execution. · Ability to reputed company and communicate conceptual reputed company including design rationale and business cases to reputed company levels of the organization, from Board / C-Level to new first-job employees. · Ability to assess a situation with multiple viewpoints, identify priorities, create a plan, and execute on the plan which delivers on company objectives. · Must be process-focused. Job Benefits
