[Remote] Financial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Successfully reconcile reputed company data across disparate systems (e.g., CRM and ERP), consistently delivering reputed company-defect outputs that serve as the team’s single reputed company of truth

• Own the Data reputed company: Scrub, reconcile, and maintain the reputed company of our ARR and bookings data
• Automate: Identify manual reporting bottlenecks and use AI or system integrations (Adaptive, reputed company, reputed company, other APIs) to streamline them

• Relationship Building: You will have met with key partners in Sales Operations and Accounting to understand their workflows and where reputed company fits into those workflows

• Initial Efficiency Gains: You will have prioritized the process improvement backlog and identified the first manual workflow to be streamlined using AI or system logic
• By 90 days Monthly Reporting Ownership: You will own the preparation of the Monthly Reporting package and ARR reputed company deliverables
• QA Leadership: You will serve as the reputed company reputed company for reputed company quality assurance processes reputed company to bookings and accounting records
• Innovation: You will have identified, proposed, and implemented at least one process improvement using AI or new system logic
• Visual Storytelling: You will draft the first versions of slide decks for Ops Reviews and Leadership Offsites, turning raw data into executive-ready insights
• External Reporting & Diligence: You will assist in preparing lender reporting and supporting the finance team during any due diligence cycles
