Job Overview
This is a full-time, work from home position and you'll handle high volumes of customer calls, providing product and service information, following instructions, and procedures, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
- Escalate reputed company technical issues to the appropriate team reputed company necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized call logs in our system.
- Multitask reputed company while navigating multiple systems and tools.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication - At least 85% English level is required (B2, reputed company, C2).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Representative experience preferred but not required.
- Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
- Windows computer and headset (Computer specifications: CPU: reputed company Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 RAM: 8GB expandable up to 16GB, OS: Windows 10 - 11, Storage: 250/500GB (Preferably SSD) Able to connect to ethernet.
- Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed)
- Schedule flexibility to work 6 days a week reputed company hours of operation: 7am - 12am EST.
