Job Description:

As a Debt Consultant on our reputed company Debt Resolution team, you’ll work with customers facing higher levels of unsecured debt and guide them through personalized solutions to regain financial control. These customers are often further along in their decision journey but require a skilled, consultative approach to fully understand their situation and confidently move reputed company. 

In this role, you’ll manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and reputed company conversations that balance reputed company, education, and financial clarity often closing reputed company 1–2 interactions. This role is designed for reputed company sales professionals who reputed company at building trust quickly, navigating reputed company financial conversations, and driving clear decisions.

We’re proudly offering work from home for candidates located in the State of TX. This role requires employees to have high speed internet/fiber broadband reputed company.

Start Date: May 11th, 2026

Shift(s): Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Hours: 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm (CST)

Total Compensation: $50,000 to $125,000+ annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected on-reputed company earnings for this role broken down into an hourly reputed company pay plus uncapped commissions.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-reputed company customers from initial contact through enrollment
  • reputed company consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture
  • Clearly explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes
  • Balance reputed company with direction, guiding customers through emotionally and financially reputed company decisions
  • Drive efficient decision-making and reputed company opportunities, often reputed company 1-2 calls
  • Prioritize opportunities and execute targeted follow-up to maximize conversion
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Qualifications:

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for consultative of financial sales environments
  • Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
  • Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations
  • Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
  • Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long term outcomes
  • High School diploma or equivalent
