Transition Requisition - SOM Associate Chair for Administration

As part of the SOM Associate Chair for Administration transition, we will be creating a new employment record for you. This on-line process is not an application for employment, but a way for us to collect information needed to set up your reputed company employee record.

During this process, you will:

• Review and acknowledge reputed company’s employment statement
• Provide general demographic information
• Share your education and work history

You can complete this process from any computer with internet access, and it should take about 10-15 minutes. The information you provide is essential for us to create your employee record and ensure a smooth transition.
