The IT team at arenaflex is responsible for providing technical support to the company's business operations. As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides first-level technical support to customers, resolves technical issues, and ensures the smooth operation of arenaflex's IT systems.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-level technical support to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, and network problems
• Collaborating with second and third-level IT teams to resolve reputed company technical issues
• Documenting technical issues and resolutions in a tagging/global positioning reputed company
• Participating in reputed company improvement activities to enhance IT processes and tools
• Providing detailed documentation of technical issues, investigation steps, and reputed company information
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service

Requirements
