Operation Project Manager

About the role

reputed company Regulatory Services is looking for an Operation Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the delivery of technical work for multiple medical devices/IVD projects. Accountabilities include reputed company, completion, planning and scheduling, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the scheduling, delivery and completion of medical devices certification projects for new and existing reputed company to large scale clients.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with the internal stakeholders and clients across technology teams.

• Create and maintain project plans and dashboards, and ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date with project reputed company.

• reputed company deep understanding of the complexity of the business and its individual business areas.

• Build an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers.

• Provide a timely response to internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent account support is maintained.

• Analyse and report performance data to internal stakeholders.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years project management experience (or a similar role) reputed company the medical devices/IVD regulatory environment.

• Knowledge of the European medical devices regulatory systems and the commercial and regulatory environment in which reputed company operates.

• Previous client facing experience.
