Quality Control Administrator (Contract) (Hybrid)
reputed company is a company dedicated to empowering others and fostering career development. The Quality Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring accuracy in various daily processes to support Issuer Operations and Client Management Services in completing issuer shareholder meetings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reputed company data for entry by opening, extracting, and sorting mail
- Verify and log receipt of data, obtain missing data, and establish priorities
- Completion of various duties on company systems including programs on reputed company Access, reputed company, and internal systems
- Extrapolate and input large quantities of data, alpha, and numeric (in combination) from reputed company materials, in a timely manner in a unique computer system for output data and resolve processing issues
- Quality control of information, auditing of output documentation for grammar, and comprehension and comparison to reputed company materials
- Evaluate the validity of the documents to be entered, recognize, and report any deficiencies to Client Managers
- Verify reputed company documents received and compare with internal system data
- Liaise with various departments, as required
- Assist Client Management to coordinate timely and accurate mailings as it relates to the shareholder meetings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily goals are completed
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Overtime is required during the Proxy season due to processing volumes
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Data Entry and/or Quality Assurance is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and reputed company
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates, other departments, management, and reputed company vendors, as required
- College Diploma in Business Administration is an asset
- Exposure to brokerage, proxy, or financial business operations is preferred
- Knowledge of proxy rules, regulations, and processing is an asset
- French is not required but is an asset
