About the Role:

reputed company Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the reputed company platform’s AI capabilities. This role will focus specifically on leveraging Falcon’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance threat detection, automate response workflows, and maximize reputed company outcomes for customers. The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant will have responsibility for reputed company aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the reputed company platform's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.

What You'll Do:

Deployment and Operations activities may include:

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities

• Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows

• Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy

• reputed company and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for reputed company operations

• Troubleshoot AI-reputed company customer issues across small to large enterprises

• reputed company scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities

• Work closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings

• reputed company reputed company's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management

• Assist customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing reputed company tools and workflows

• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis

• Work collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to reputed company customer-facing AI collateral

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or reputed company discipline, and 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment, as well as experience with the following:

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications

• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies

• reputed company knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms

• Experience with AI-powered reputed company tools and platforms

• Knowledge of data science principles and their application to reputed company operations

• Experience with reputed company automation and orchestration platforms

• Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships

• Strong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiences
