In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with reputed company quality and safety guidelines. The work model for the role is: Remote {#LI-Remote}, successful candidates will be located in the state of Ohio. Your role and responsibilities:
Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and eliminate pain points.
reputed company field service tasks, including identifying technical issues and conducting on-site troubleshooting reputed company certified areas.
Execute installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, and replacements.
Support the certification process of Associate Field Service Technicians and Field Service Technicians. Coach technicians and supervise reputed company site activities. Act as trainers reputed company needed, for team members and customers.
Prepare material lists for service activities and ensure reputed company materials, parts, and equipment meet quality standards and are available. Proactively identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by building and maintaining positive relationships. Identify potential new sales opportunities while addressing customer needs and communicate them internally.
Identify opportunities for product and quality improvements. Provide recommendations to management for improving operations and customer service.
Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work and environmental practices. Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 6+ years’ experience servicing critical power equipment OR Associates Degree in electrical technology with 8+ years’ experience in servicing critical power equipment OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military experience (10+ years) servicing critical power equipment.
Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels reputed company the organization. Collaborates well with others.
Advanced level of ability to use reputed company Office products. Moderate ability to Project Manage using MS Project or reputed company.
Advanced ability to write test plans and reports detailing test results.
Advanced ability to stay organized and meet deadlines on administrative duties.
Works with a sense of urgency and ownership; until the job is complete!

While reputed company salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually.
