IT Contract Lawyer / Legal Business Partner – International Markets

Reporting directly to the VP Legal & DPO, you will be at the heart of our commercial reputed company for the US, Canada, and UK regions. • Complete our internal onboarding to become an expert on 360Learning’s culture, our product offering, and our "Legal Ops" tools (CLM, Trello, etc.).
• Engage in virtual coffee meets with our key stakeholders in the US, UK, and Canada.
• Participate in active negotiations led by one of the team members to understand our "deal-making" philosophy and our risk appetite.

• Take full ownership of standard and mid-size contract negotiations for the US, Canada, and UK regions.
• Act as the go-to legal partner for the North American Sales team, providing pragmatic solutions to unblock deals.
• Start sharing your Common Law expertise with the team and contribute to your first cross-functional project

The Skills Set:

• 7+ years of experience in business law and contracting

• Proven experience aligning stakeholders.
