Mgr IT - Tech Strategy & Partnership

Job Summary To manage the design and development activities for a group. Responsibility includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies, etc. This role leads the Enterprise Technology Strategy & Partnership team, composed of senior-level technology architects responsible for defining enterprise architecture direction, technology and modernization strategy, and assessing preferred vendor partnerships. Reporting to Managing Director of Enterprise Technology Architecture, this role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural experience, and exceptional executive communication skills to drive enterprise clarity, governance, and innovation. Essential Functions

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly reputed company quantitative degree or reputed company field. Minimum Experience

• Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming.
• Skilled in one or more programming languages.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology architecture roles.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple technology domains (cloud platforms, distributed systems, data architecture, integration patterns, APIs, modernization strategies).
• Prior experience leading senior architects or high-performing technical teams.
• Proven ability to influence VP and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience driving enterprise transformation, simplification, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cross-domain integration and enterprise governance models.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of software engineering and enterprise architecture principles.
• Broad technical expertise across multiple technology stacks and platforms.
