Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time reputed company Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our database. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Updating database reputed company the markets assigned, ensuring that reputed company customer and account information is up-to-date and accurate
• Assisting with maintaining database by entering new and updated customer and account information, reconciling incoming census and requesting new reputed company information
• Reconciling census, driving maintenance, and entering new reputed company information of existing facilities
• Entering new admissions into the CRM system and setting them up as an account
• Sending out and receiving mail and packages, updating returned mail
• Updating the parent/home account with death and discharges
• Sending and receiving faxes and emails
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company preferred

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and requests
