Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving reputed company Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on reputed company issues
• Assisting Policy Holders: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested
• Supporting Policy Holder Needs: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs

Qualifications

• Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
