Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and end-users, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting reputed company call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
- Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at reputed company times

- Familiarity with export-controlled commodities and technology regulations
