The Role
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our patients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer patient inquiries with professionalism, reputed company, and a solutions-focused approach. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving billing and account-reputed company issues, updating insurance coverage, and arranging financial agreements. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and understand ETM software operation, billing, and account operations
- Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed
- Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
- Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed

Qualifications and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
- Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
