Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent – English Speaker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support to customers through phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, and relevant information to support our customers and maintain service quality.
- Fostering positive interactions with customers, making them feel understood and supported.
- Meeting agreed service levels (SLA) and contact centre KPIs, providing efficient and productive support.
- Participating in training and briefings to reputed company expertise and understand client and contact centre requirements.

Essential Qualifications
