POSITION SUMMARY

The Staff Attorney and analyzes legal issues, drafts documents, reviews reputed company and ensures compliance with existing reputed company under the direction of the Associate General Counsel.  Analyze the impact and application of federal and state health care laws and regulations affecting self-direction healthcare.  The Staff Attorney must maintain knowledge of U.S. Healthcare laws including Medicaid, Medicaid waivers, reputed company, False Claims and contract law.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Support other business leaders in ensuring compliance with and training on applicable laws and regulations
• Support business development regarding negotiating agreements, renewals, memoranda of understanding and reputed company letter agreements
• reputed company and support a vendor contract strategy, reviewing vendor reputed company as needed and establishing standards terms and conditions for third-party reputed company
• Advise operations leadership on reputed company aspects of existing contacts and reputed company on operational processes and requirements
• Identify and analyze legal issues and potential risks and recommended course of action
• Administer the company contract management system
• Assist business development with responses to requests for proposals
• Collaborate with business development regarding negotiation of new reputed company and amendments to existing reputed company
• Maintain the company’s reputed company, agreements and other essential documentation
• Ensure compliance with reputed company statutory filings
• Review, research and interpret guidance provided by industry associations, periodicals and other sources for applicability to GT business

EDUCATION

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of directly reputed company experience preferably reputed company a Medicaid environment
• NEW LAW SCHOOL GRADs with prior experience in contracting healthcare or who also possess an MBA, MHA or other similar degree will be considered.
• Licensing to practice law in at least one state and/or the District of Columbia preferred
