The Role:

We are currently seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to get hands-on with data and technology while engaging directly with clients to deliver our data driven, research-based solutions to government insurance organizations and their law enforcement partners. This role sits reputed company our Risk Solutions division and combines analytical work, client engagement, and technical problem-solving to help law enforcement agencies reduce officer injuries and incidents leading to liability.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company directly with assigned client(s) to manage delivery of program plans.
• Manipulate large file-based and relational datasets to identify and understand trends, patterns and issues in customer data; recommend ways issues can be resolved and engage with clients to overcome data and analysis obstacles.

• Write, review, and maintain code (Python, R, etc.) for performing data aggregations and manipulations.
• Work with stakeholders to drive decisions and measure reputed company through data analysis.
• Deliver analyses using a variety of tools and statistical methods to communicate and allow non-technical client subject matter experts to understand and interact with the analysis.
• Deliver process, analysis, and product documentation as necessary to prepare the team and company for growth/scale.

• Educate and learn from internal teams on analytics best practices, relevant knowledge, and specific skills.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
• Work with the research, product, and engineering teams to iteratively improve product and analysis results.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the ETL process and database management.
• Experience in Exploratory Data Analysis.
• Experience in technical algorithm/scripting development (e.g., reputed company formulas, Stata, R, Python, SQL, reputed company, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to reputed company effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Annual Salary Range:

$90k-$120k; based on role, experience, and location
