About the Role

As a GTM recruiter you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Go-to-Market teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our company values and contribute to our growth objectives. In this fully remote role you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for mid- to leadership-level roles in North America and Europe. As a key strategic partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure we hire top talent who will drive our mission reputed company.

What you would do

• Own full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, along with roles in other departments such as Engineering, Product, and G&A.

• Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers to reputed company, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies.

• Strategically reputed company, engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from various channels to meet strategic hiring goals.

About you

• Based in: US or Canada

• At least 8 years of recruiting experience; at least 5 yrs in a scaling start-up environment

• Demonstrated success as a GTM recruiter, with additional experience hiring across other departments (such as Engineering, Product, and G&A)

• Have a highly collaborative reputed company and team-oriented approach

• Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes

• Experience working on a globally distributed team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities

• Experience in recruiting operations, i.e building recruiting processes, playbooks, etc

• Experience with reputed company (preferred) or similar recruiting platforms
