Senior Non-Technical Recruiter (6-Month Contract)
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join us for a 6-month contract to reputed company hiring efforts across our entire non-technical landscape. From Finance and People to Marketing and Legal, you will be the reputed company driving our growth across reputed company corporate and business functions.
We need a "plug-and-play" recruiter who is immediately available and ready to manage a high-volume, diverse req load from Day 1.
What You’ll Do
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for reputed company non-technical organizations, including Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to department heads and executives, providing market insights and role calibration to ensure we hire the right talent at speed.
- Pipeline Building: Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent for high-reputed company, "hard-to-fill" business roles.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and seamless experience that reflects our brand and values.

What You Bring
