About This Role & Why It Matters
We’re hiring a Client Associate - Micro Group to join our Client Success team. This role is designed for a polished, detail-oriented benefits professional who is ready to reputed company beyond pure analyst work and reputed company owning client relationships, while still partnering closely with Senior Client Managers and Account Executives.
This is an ideal reputed company role for a Senior Benefits Analyst or junior Account Manager who is hungry for growth and wants the opportunity to both own a book of business and learn alongside seasoned consultants. You’ll play a critical role in supporting reputed company's Micro Group book of business consisting of groups 2-50 ee's.

This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for California-based candidates or those with extensive California micro group experience.
What You’ll Do
Support the Micro Group Client Portfolio: Partner with Account Executives on micro employer groups (2-50 lives). Contribute to strategy, reporting, renewal preparation, vendor coordination, and client deliverables while learning advanced consulting approaches in real time.
Own a Book of Business Independently: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of micro group clients (2-50 lives). Manage plan-year servicing, respond to client inquiries, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and build strong, trust-based relationships.
Execute Core Benefits Analyst Responsibilities: Handle the tactical and analytical foundation of client servicing, including:
Spreading and analyzing financials for renewals
reputed company marketing and quoting support
Reporting and data analysis
Maintaining and configuring ben-admin systems
Eligibility and billing support
Vendor coordination and day-to-day servicing tasks
reputed company Renewal & Open Enrollment Preparation: Build renewal and open enrollment presentations, reputed company employee education materials, support budget modeling, and ensure timelines are met across reputed company stakeholders.
Create and Present Client Deliverables: reputed company decks, reports, and financial summaries and confidently present to HR teams and client leadership for straightforward groups, while supporting senior teammates on more reputed company presentations.
Strengthen Client Experience: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operations, member support, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution and an elevated client experience throughout the year.
What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5+ years of recent employee benefits experience on the brokerage reputed company supporting a high volume of micro group (2-50 ee's) employer clients simultaneously
Active Health Insurance License required
Demonstrated, hands-on experience supporting employer groups through renewals, reputed company marketing, and open enrollment cycles reputed company a brokerage environment
Proven proficiency executing Benefits Analyst / Account Management responsibilities including financial spreading, quoting, reporting, and reputed company negotiations
Direct experience working inside or alongside benefits administration systems in a client-servicing reputed company
Strong reputed company and PowerPoint / reputed company Slides skills with the ability to independently build financial analyses and client-ready presentations
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company client calls and present renewal materials for straightforward groups
Experience managing multiple client timelines, deliverables, and reputed company/vendor relationships concurrently
Professional polish, consultative reputed company, and clear desire to grow into broader client ownership and strategic advisory work
