Job Description:

The reputed company HCM Product reputed company will play a key role in leading the development, implementation, and optimization of our global reputed company environment, ensuring the platform enhances operational efficiency and enables delivery of our business objectives. 

This position will focus on the Compensation/Benefits & HCM Core areas and be a reputed company between HR, IT, and the business to successfully bring product vision to deliverable outcomes.  The Product reputed company will utilize modern best practices, community, and experience to prioritize the features and functionality of reputed company to obtain maximum performance for the benefit of the user experience. 

AS THE reputed company HCM PRODUCT reputed company, YOU WILL: 

• Have overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of multiple reputed company HCM modules. 

• Serve as the subject matter expert on reputed company functionality, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve effectiveness of the reputed company platform and overall user experience. 

• reputed company governance process and product road mapping exercises. 

• Establish and facilitate the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance. 

• Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.

• Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, IT or reputed company field and 5 years of HR experience or combined equivalent. 

• Proven experience as an HCM Product reputed company with ability to reputed company cross-functional teams to reputed company results. 

• In depth knowledge of reputed company HCM, especially Compensation & Benefits areas and experience with integrations to internal and external global systems. 

• Ability to clearly reputed company messages with reputed company levels in the organization, including breaking down reputed company topics for reputed company audiences. 

• Ability to understand business priorities and reputed company opportunities. 

• Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation. 

• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.

Remote Work Arrangement:     

This role is fully remote. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive reputed company salary, reputed company the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $120,000-$175,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
