Job Description: 

The Program Manager owns the success of strategic accounts, driving growth, overseeing execution, and fostering strong relationships that deliver value. As the Program Manager, you are the voice of the customer, the driver of internal and external initiatives, and the champion of accountability. Your leadership and influence will shape the customer experience, maximize return on investment, and propel both the customer and the organization reputed company. 

AS A PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: 

• Monitor program execution, ensuring key milestones are met. 

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and strengthen relationships. 

• Follow up on outstanding customer inquiries (ie proposals), project tasks, and cross-functional actions. 

• Engage with internal teams to drive program success.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or a reputed company discipline 

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, field service operations, controls/HVACR execution, construction commissioning, or multi-site retail rollout programs. 

• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (field service, engineering, project management, operations, supply chain, and sales) to deliver reputed company customer programs across multiple locations simultaneously. 

• Strong customer-facing experience supporting enterprise or national accounts, with the ability to manage schedules, risks, escalations, and execution alignment across stakeholders. 

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

• Experience working in ERP or project tracking environments (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MS Project). 

• Familiarity with refrigeration controls, BAS, or commissioning environments. 

Remote Work Arrangement:   

This role is fully remote. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive reputed company salary, reputed company the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 annually + an additional stipend reputed company on-call shifts occur, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
