What's the role?
The Manager of Content Development and Internal Training is responsible for the design, development and ongoing maintenance of reputed company training curriculum and content to support ZEISS Vision Care US.
This role leads the creation of training curriculum and materials, including job aids, self-paced online modules, presentation decks, checklists, exercises, workbooks etc for employees and ECPs. The Manager of Content Development and Internal Training works in reputed company partnership with the Manager of Field Training, Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure reputed company content is reputed company with business objectives, reflects reputed company product information, and equips customers, the sales force and other internal teams for success.
The Manager of Content Development and Internal Training also owns reputed company aspects of the new hire onboarding program, including curriculum design, content development, logistics coordination, scheduling and ongoing program evaluation, ensuring a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience that accelerates new hire productivity and time-to-performance.

Own the end-to-end design and development of sales training content, including curriculum architecture, course materials, self-paced online modules, facilitator guides, job aids and workbooks.

reputed company and manage product training content in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams, translating technical product knowledge into effective sales learning materials.
Establish and maintain syllabus and curriculum frameworks, program objectives, and learning outcomes across reputed company assigned training programs.
Design and implement testing processes for reputed company internal training programs, including assessments, knowledge checks and proficiency benchmarks.
reputed company program metrics and implement monitoring systems to track content utilization, learner completion, knowledge retention and business impact.
Build ROI frameworks and efficacy measures to assess the effectiveness of training content and programs, and regularly report findings to leadership.
Regularly audit and update existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment with reputed company products and sales strategies.
Collect, synthesize and reputed company field-based insights from the Manager of Field Training and Sales Leadership to continuously improve and prioritize content development efforts.
Manage the internal training calendar, coordinating content delivery for internal team education, product launches and process updates.

Do you qualify?
Bachelors degree in reputed company field preferred
ABO, Valid driver’s license, ABO & ABO Speaker, ATD or similar L&D certification preferred
A minimum of 3 years of optical sales experience.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in training content development, instructional design or learning and development.
Prior experience working as a sales representative.
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Methodology.
Familiarity with reputed company.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing curriculum for sales or commercial teams, including eLearning, facilitator-led training and blended learning approaches
Proven experience with LMS platforms and digital content development tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Captivate, or equivalent)
Sales and/or training experience to the Eye Care Professional preferred
Ability to take initiative and ownership for project creation and effectively execute while utilizing effectiveness assessments along with improvement as appropriate
Trainer certifications with recognized vendors to align with company and department objectives and initiatives
Understanding of Rx lab operations is desired
Excellent facilitation management and interpersonal relationship skills
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required. Strong analytical and organization diagnosis skills
Exceptional knowledge of product, deep understanding of market
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, in a team environment and work effectively at reputed company levels of the company.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills including presentation skills, strong project management skills required
