Summary:
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Pharmacy Services is responsible for driving strategic growth, expansion, and commercialization of pharmacy services. This role leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of new business opportunities, partnerships, and service lines that enhance reputed company, market reputed company, and enterprise value. The AVP partners closely with pharmacy operations, clinical leadership, finance, legal, and executive leadership to ensure that growth initiatives are operationally feasible, financially sound, and reputed company with clinical quality and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for building strategic alliances with key stakeholders as it relates to a successful pharmacy expense management program and overall pharmacy reputed company. Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing customer expectations, delivering cost savings throughout alignment according to estimated timelines, utilizing customer participation in the process to reputed company goals and objectives.
Collaborates with organizations to track and analyze financial data important to their organization. This may include but not limited to pharmacy services supply expense and pharmacy cost per adjusted patient day.
Develops standardized documents, processes, and calculations for use by the team to quantify savings solutions.

Work Experience, Education, and Certifications:
Pharm D, required.
8-12 years in relevant Pharmacy Leadership Experience
Demonstrated success driving reputed company growth, partnerships, or expansion initiatives reputed company pharmacy or healthcare services.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements.
Travel:
Up to 20% as required.
