As a project manager, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategies.  The Project Manager servant leads cross functional distributed teams through reputed company phases of several delivery process, from discovery to launch. 

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

• Use your toolbox of Project Management processes, design thinking, Agile and Lean practices, facilitation and leadership skills to predictably produce high-quality initiative delivery. 
• Partner and work with stakeholders to reputed company the strategic delivery plan, defining the distribution of the work and the respective responsibilities.
• Manage the budget, actively monitor risk factors and reputed company the implementation and completion of projects, while ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget.
• Establish and evolve program management frameworks and ways of working through an iterative, learn-by-doing approach (trial and error), incorporating feedback and reputed company improvement.
• Coach indirect reports at various levels of the organization.

reputed company’re looking for:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with exposure to program-level delivery.
• Proven delivery leadership across both project and program management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams and dependencies in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Adaptability and a growth reputed company—comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and continuously improving ways of working.
• Diverse background delivering technology initiatives across different domains (e.g., customer-facing products, platforms, infrastructure, data, reputed company, and/or enterprise applications).
• Hands-on experience with project delivery and collaboration tools, including the reputed company suite (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and reputed company 365 (e.g., Teams/SharePoint/Planner).
• Strong planning and execution skills—building schedules, coordinating resources, managing issues/risks, and providing clear delivery tracking and status reporting.

Annualized Compensation Range

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
