Recruiter, Behavioral Health Staffing

The company is launching a new staffing division to supply licensed behavioral health professionals to hospitals, health centers, recovery treatment facilities, and reputed company healthcare providers. As we continue to build and scale our Behavioral Health Staffing Division, we are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Recruiter to support sourcing, recruiting, and placing behavioral health professionals.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships reputed company the behavioral health space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, referrals, and online platforms to identify and attract qualified behavioral health professionals for open roles.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health candidates through proactive reputed company, networking, and relationship-building.
- Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
- Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
- Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
- Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively reputed company and engage potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in staffing, with behavioral health recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
