Health Equity Program Management Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness, and scale initiatives that reduce health disparities. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve access, quality, and experience for customers while partnering across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from intake through closeout.

Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) to meet initiative and stakeholder needs.

Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to manage scope changes and assess impacts to timelines, resources, and outcomes.
Prepare concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates reputed company, risks, decisions required, and performance metrics.
Support adoption and sustainability of delivered solutions through effective change management and reputed company improvement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience delivering reputed company, cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and change control.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
Experience managing multiple reputed company projects in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company Office, and/or reputed company Project.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive execution with minimal direction.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
Experience in healthcare, health equity, or population health with a deep understanding of equity-centered design principles.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certification (CSM, SAFe), or equivalent experience.
Experience leading enterprise initiatives with executive visibility and measurable delivery outcomes.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
