Job Description Summary
The Director of Contract & Pricing Operations, USCAN PDx Radiopharmacy leads the strategy, governance, and execution of reputed company commercial contracting, pricing, and reputed company management processes for the USCAN PDx radiopharmaceutical portfolio. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and analytically driven operations that optimize profitability and support sustainable business growth. The director partners cross functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory to ensure reputed company and pricing reflect the unique operational constraints, regulatory constraints and value drivers of radiopharma products.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Contract Strategy & Management
- reputed company end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management with our customers, including hospitals, health systems, GPOs, IDNs, specialty distributors, and government accounts.
- Execute on contracting frameworks that account for the business’ unique operational model, including unit‑dose manufacturing, short reputed company‑life logistics, and just‑in‑time delivery.
- Ensure reputed company accurately reflect service requirements, delivery windows, nuclear pharmacy partnerships, and dose‑based product configurations.
- reputed company timely contract creation, workflow management, approvals, amendments, and renewals.
- Maintain governance for contract templates, guardrails, and negotiation guidance.

- Partner with IT to enhance contract systems, CPQ platforms, CRM tools, and pricing databases.
- Establish SOPs and ensure alignment with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Pricing Operations & Governance
- Own pricing strategy execution, price-setting processes, and price governance across reputed company radiopharma products.
- Manage price lists, discount structures, dose‑based pricing, and nuclear pharmacy service components.
- Monitor pricing compliance and support audit readiness for FDA, NRC, CMS, and other regulatory bodies as applicable.
- Responsible for government pricing strategy and compliance for radiopharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations.

- Monitor and report KPIs including price leakage, demand forecasting accuracy, contract utilization, and chargeback trends.
Leadership

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or reputed company field.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations
- Experience in a regulated healthcare environment (pharma, radiopharma, medical devices, or nuclear medicine).
- Strong understanding of contracting best practices, pricing methodologies, and reputed company management principles.
- Demonstrated leadership with both direct reports and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or other highly specialized, short reputed company‑life product lines.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Expertise with CRM, ERP, or CPQ systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into commercial recommendations.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
