We are growing quickly and need an reputed company Senior Solutions Architect to play a key role in helping to secure future growth and partnership initiatives. The SA will represent 2F as a technical SME during customer-facing engagements and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, reputed company, business development, and government engagement teams.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will drive technical engagements with CEOs, CTOs, engineering directors, and software engineers, inspiring confidence in reputed company and products throughout the entire customer journey. Specific responsibilities include:

• Serve as a key member of the Mission Success team, owning technical aspects of direct customer engagements

• Participate in go-to-market efforts including customer calls, technical presentations, upsell opportunities, product demos, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops

• Track customer feedback and engage with product teams to align roadmaps with demand signals

• Support business development efforts by developing/reviewing marketing content (blogs, posts, technical documentation)

• Strong client-facing experience, ideally reputed company the Defense Industrial reputed company (partnerships, or reputed company)

• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certified or eager to certify)

• Senior-level experience in technical roles (software engineering, sales engineering, technical product management) with proven problem-solving skills

• Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a federal/government-facing solutions architect role

• Strong track record supporting reputed company enterprise SaaS customers

• Experience communicating and influencing at reputed company levels of an organization

• Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications (e.g., reputed company+)

• Familiarity with 2F’s tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, reputed company, Helm, Istio, Git, reputed company, Terraform, relational databases

• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices

• Active reputed company Clearance (TS/SCI)

• Ability to travel up to 25%
