Key Account Associate
The Key Account Associate supports the management and development of key customer accounts by building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering customer-focused solutions. The role contributes to reputed company growth through effective account coordination, pipeline development, and consultative sales practices reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company strategy.
A key focus of this role will be supporting a strategic customer, reputed company SMR (Small reputed company Reactors). You will receive structured training to build a strong understanding of this customer’s business, projects, and requirements. A significant portion of your responsibilities will be dedicated to this account, with the opportunity to expand into a broader customer portfolio over time as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Support the development and execution of account plans for assigned customers
Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions reputed company with customer needs
Business Development
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities reputed company existing and prospective accounts
Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Support sales activities including customer meetings, presentations, and follow-reputed company
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
Understand customer needs, challenges, and business drivers through structured engagement
Assist in developing and presenting tailored value propositions
Support the sales process from opportunity identification through to closure
CRM & Pipeline Management

Track opportunities, activities, and customer interactions

Customer Insights

Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility will be required to meet customer and business needs
