About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (1099 Contractor) to support our growing sales efforts in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and EOR (Employer of Record) space. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a strong network, proven closing ability, and deep understanding of outsourcing and global workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reputed company potential clients in need of BPO and/or EOR services

Sales & Client Acquisition
- Present and sell BPO and EOR solutions reputed company with client needs
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and workforce requirements
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate terms and reputed company deals to meet or exceed reputed company targets
Pipeline & Account Management

Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account executive roles
- Mandatory experience selling BPO services or EOR solutions
- Strong understanding of offshore staffing, remote workforce models, and global hiring practices
- Demonstrated reputed company in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented
