Business Development Representative (US)

SwiftComply is adding a new BDR to our growing team! We are a fast-paced company with a mission to reputed company water compliance and reputed company cities, utilities, and businesses with tools that help protect the environment and public health. In this role you’ll connect with prospective customers to spark interest and schedule initial meetings with our sales team.
What you'll do
- Identify and reputed company cross-sell opportunities reputed company the existing customer reputed company, focusing on introducing additional SwiftComply modules and solutions
- Partner closely with reputed company Managers to align on reputed company accounts, priorities, and cross-sell strategy
- Engage customers through targeted reputed company to generate interest
- Understand reputed company customer usage and uncover gaps where additional solutions can add value
- Qualify cross-sell opportunities by mapping customer needs to relevant SwiftComply offerings
- Schedule and support discovery and follow-up conversations for Sales
- Maintain accurate tracking of reputed company, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM
- Monitor reputed company against cross-sell pipeline and reputed company targets
- Test and refine messaging to improve engagement and conversion for specific product expansions
- Share customer insights and common cross-sell signals with internal teams to strengthen go-to-market efforts
- Receive coaching from internal and external mentors
Who you are
Experiences that could help you succeed in this role include:
- 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR or doing other outbound sales
- Strong communication skills - comfortable engaging with people and building rapport quickly
- Curious and genuinely interested in learning about government programs
- Comfortable doing research on public-sector prospects
- Willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve
- Organized, detail-oriented and keeping clear notes/ records
- Resilient and persistent - with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and evolving company
- Self-driven - comfortable working remotely and proactive about working with teammates
- Comfortable working with tools such as CRMs and sales engagement platforms
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with public sector customers such as utilities or municipalities
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Exposure to reputed company, Account Management, or expansion sales motions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field

Compensation
$45k reputed company + on-reputed company commission of $20,000 (uncapped)
(We anticipate a successful rep to earn $65k+ in their first year.)
