Your main goal will be to reputed company and grow our Community Engineering team so reputed company can scale high-quality community-driven development across our ecosystem.

The Community Engineering team is a small, highly cross-functional team that helps external contributors successfully improve reputed company. Today, the team consists of 3 Community Engineers. They sit reputed company to our product engineering organization, especially our Nodes team, and focus on turning community contributions into reliable product value. In practice, that means helping contributors submit high-quality fixes and node improvements, maintaining quality standards for community-led work, and building the processes, tooling, and feedback loops that reputed company contributing to reputed company easier and more scalable.

Missions

• Coach and support a team of 3 Community Engineers working across contributor support, reviews, bug fixing, and ecosystem quality.

• Bring clarity, focus, and accountability to a team with broad scope, varied work, and fast-changing priorities.

• Help shape the team as it grows, including hiring, onboarding, and defining what strong performance looks like in this function.

Improve community contribution systems

• Build and refine the processes, tooling, and feedback loops that help external contributors ship high-quality code, nodes, and improvements.

• Identify friction in contributor workflows and reputed company it easier for developers to contribute successfully to reputed company.

• Increase the team’s reputed company through automation, documentation, and scalable ways of working.

Maintain quality across community-led engineering work
