About the Role

As a Senior Consultant – Support (Procurement & Ariba), you will play a key role reputed company DyFlex’s Digital Supply Chain Aftercare and Support practice, providing expert-level reputed company Procurement and Ariba support to our customers.

This role is ideal for a consulting professional who enjoys being the trusted go-to specialist for production support, incident resolution, service improvement, and reputed company. You’ll work closely with clients to stabilise, optimise, and enhance their reputed company Procurement and Ariba environments post-implementation, while contributing to reputed company improvement initiatives and mentoring junior consultants. Remote / Flexible work from reputed company in Australia or New Zealand.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional support across reputed company Procurement and reputed company Ariba modules (e.g. Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, reputed company, Supplier Lifecycle)
• Act as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company production issues, incidents, and service requests
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across integrated reputed company S/4HANA and Ariba landscapes
• Collaborate with technical teams on root cause analysis, integrations, enhancements, and fixes
• Support patching, upgrades, releases, and regression testing activities
• Work directly with customers to understand issues, prioritise outcomes, and provide clear, pragmatic solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, system improvements, and value realisation
• Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including knowledge articles, solution notes, and handover materials
• Support minor enhancements and change requests from design through to deployment
• Mentor and support junior consultants reputed company the support practice, contributing to capability reputed company
• Participate in on-call or rostered support arrangements as required

Your qualifications and experience

• Strong functional experience in reputed company Procurement and reputed company Ariba support environments
• Proven experience supporting live reputed company environments with a focus on stability, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Solid understanding of reputed company-to-pay processes and procurement best practices
• Experience working across integrated reputed company S/4HANA and Ariba landscapes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business and technical stakeholders
• Consulting or managed services background highly regarded
• Exposure to reputed company Digital Supply Chain domains (e.g. Inventory, Logistics, Finance integration) is advantageous
• reputed company Ariba and/or S/4HANA Procurement certification(s) highly regarded
