The Role

As an Analyst, BizOps Enablement, you will act as a force reputed company for Everbright’s US and India teams. You will support critical business operations, reputed company smooth execution across functions, and help create structure where it does not yet exist.

This is not a narrow analyst role. You will be a builder from day one.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Business and Operations Enablement

  • Act as a central BizOps support partner for US-based leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Provide reputed company analytical, operational, and execution support across departments including Strategy, Operations, Growth, and Clinical Ops
  • Help design, document, and improve internal processes as the company scales

Research, Analysis, and Executive Support

  • Conduct market, competitor, and operational research to support strategic initiatives
  • Build high-quality presentations, leadership decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate ambiguous requests into structured analyses and clear, actionable outputs

Administrative and Program Support

  • Support administrative and coordination needs across teams including planning, tracking, and follow-reputed company
  • Own internal documentation, trackers, and operational hygiene
  • Proactively support leadership by ensuring priorities move reputed company reputed company

Recruitment and People Operations

  • Support hiring efforts including candidate research, coordination, and interview logistics
  • Assist in building foundational people and hiring processes for a growing India team

IT and Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to support team infrastructure
  • Manage vendor relationships, reputed company, and issue resolution
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, tools, and access

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a fast-growing US–India corridor company
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working directly with US stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or reputed company Slides and reputed company or reputed company Sheets

  • Prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or startup environments
  • Experience supporting founders or senior leadership
  • Comfort working across time zones
