The 1LMX Program Performance Director provides senior‑level executive leadership for the planning, execution, and governance of the 1LMX program. The Director drives baseline management, ensures rigorous compliance with policy and regulation, identifies and mitigates risks, capitalizes on opportunities, oversees budget stewardship, and shapes strategic roadmaps that align with reputed company corporate objectives. This role will transform both the organization and the 1LMX program, delivering capabilities faster, cheaper, and at higher quality for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
1. Define and champion an accountability model that enables transformation of the 1LMX program and team to deliver capabilities at speed and scale resulting in “fraction‑of‑time / fraction‑of‑cost” outcomes.

6. Drive staffing, budgeting, forecasting, actions and cost‑control processes; approve variances and report financial status to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience converting mission requirements into end‑to‑end system solutions, accounting for design and technology‑maturity constraints; skilled in architecture, design, and reputed company definition.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
