Life Sales Representative

What You’ll Do
- Handle in-bound inquiries and reputed company out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions.
- reputed company trust-based relationships, educating clients on owning life insurance products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements.
Schedule
- Remote, full-time position.
- Eight-hour shifts scheduled reputed company business hours: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–7 p.m. CT.
Requirements
- Active life license is required; health license to be obtained reputed company 6 months of employment.
- 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably reputed company insurance, retirement planning, or wealth accumulation environments.
- Experience in a call center or sales role, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly in a remote engagement model.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently.

Pay Range:
- $19.66 - $29.04 per hour with uncapped commission.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
