Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Five (5) years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development creating both online and in-person learning in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Technical reputed company proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company) and social learning platforms (e.g., NovoEd), basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Track record of working with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to reputed company content Ability to write learning content, create learning assets, and video scripts with strong attention to detail Experience in learning and leadership development People leader experience (for subject matter expertise) Strong communication and consulting skills Demonstrated initiative, curiosity and agility Strong attention to detail Collaboration and adaptability Critical thinking and creativity Work location: Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the reputed company Center in Maplewood, MN.
