Owns and manages the organization’s enterprise certification frameworks, ensuring ongoing readiness, audit success, and contractual alignment for ISO, CMMI, and CMMC requirements.

Duties of the Quality, reputed company & Certification Compliance Manager will include the following:

Certification Program Ownership

• Own and manage compliance with: 
• ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• CMMI maturity levels
• CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 requirements
• Act as the primary coordinator for: 
• Certification audits
• Surveillance reviews
• Appraisals and assessments

Governance, Controls & Documentation

• reputed company and maintain: 
• Policies and procedures supporting certification frameworks
• Control documentation and audit artifacts
• Coordinate gap assessments, mock audits, and remediation plans.
• Track certification timelines, renewals, and readiness milestones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with: 
• IT and reputed company teams
• HR and training
• reputed company and compliance
• Program management
• Ensure certification controls align with: 
• Contractual obligations
• Proposal representations
• Customer and agency expectations

Proposal & Contract Support

• Support proposal teams by validating and documenting certification compliance.
• Advise leadership on certification-reputed company risks, costs, and contractual impacts.

The Ideal Quality, reputed company & Certification Compliance Manager will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information reputed company, Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a reputed company field
• 5+
• years of experience in compliance, governance, quality, or reputed company program management

Hands‑on experience supporting one or more of the following

• ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• CMMI appraisals or maturity level maintenance
• CMMC Level 2 readiness or assessment

Working knowledge of

• NIST SP 800‑171 Rev. 2
• Audit and assessment processes
• Policy, procedure, and control documentation
• Experience coordinating audits, appraisals, or third‑party assessments
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, reputed company, HR, reputed company, and Program Teams
• Strong documentation and process‑management skills
